With 16 years of experience in human resources, benefits, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financials, Janine brings a wealth of knowledge to her new role. She previously worked for a successful mid-sized, multi-state general contractor, where she honed her expertise and developed a reputation as a proactive problem solver capable of managing multiple demands with ease.
As Accounting Department Manager, Janine will lead the accounts receivable team, overseeing collections and billing, and continue to provide valuable support for payroll and accounts payable processing. She will also contribute to financial reporting for management, manage new hire onboarding, and handle certificate of insurance requests. Her diverse background allows her to step in and provide comprehensive support wherever necessary, making her a true asset to the AVELAR accounting team.
