Tex brings more than 40 years of experience in construction and consulting, with a distinguished career focused on exterior building envelope systems and fenestration design. At AVELAR, he provides expert support in building restoration, forensic investigations, cost estimating, and litigation matters involving construction defects and delay claims.
His background includes managing complex curtain wall design operations for major international projects in Hong Kong, Singapore, and China. Tex’s technical expertise encompasses curtain wall, window wall, and glazing system design; critical path method (CPM) scheduling; cost and schedule analysis; repair scope development; and evaluation of contractor standard of care.
