Professional History:
Eric has a background in design and construction administration which comprises of design development for residential construction, preparation of building drawing sets and construction drawing sets, product research, and construction administration. He is proficient in Rhino, Maya, Fusion360, Cura, Grasshopper, Vray, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CNC Milling, and 3D Printing. Mr. Lopez’s responsibilities include forensic field investigations, litigation support services, document review and analysis, code compliance review of existing conditions, defect analysis reporting, repair scope preparation, research on design and building codes, and also provides support for the reconstruction and design department.
