Design + Reconstruction
Erika coordinates, organizes, and assists with the preparation of proposals and reports. She reviews project files and summarizes critical documents, develops and implements workflow and process efficiencies, and supports the engineering team with a variety of project tasks.
Before joining AVELAR, Erika worked in the corporate event planning industry as a proposal assistant.
Erika is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
