Mr. Cole’s responsibilities include cost of repair estimating and construction administration for construction repair projects. He gathers and organizes cost data from general contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors to provide cost to repair estimates to correct various construction issues. Additional services, such as analysis of preliminary costs and development of construction repair budgets, including the review of value engineering options and costs, analysis of litigation, and construction cost estimate preparation for construction litigation related projects are also part of Greg’s expertise.

Professional History:
Mr. Cole is a licensed general contractor in the state of California, with an extensive background in construction management services and administration of new and reconstruction projects. Within this job he oversees the monitoring construction schedule, weekly visits to site, interfacing with contractors, owners, and building officials, and providing direction for contractors throughout the construction phase of the project. In addition, he also does cost estimating, documentation for support of litigation services, and expert witness testimony.

Educational History:
From 1970-1972, Mr. Cole attended University of University of Northern Iowa, in Cedar Falls, IA. He then moved on Diablo Valley College, In Pleasant Hill Ca, where he received an Associated of Arts and a Construction Management Certificate in 1999.

Professional Affiliations:
American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE) and Western Construction Consultants Association (WESTCON).
