Mr. Agnello is a California licensed Architect and is responsible for providing architectural services relating to building design and reconstruction of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. In addition, responsible for performing construction and litigation support services including field investigation, code compliance review of existing conditions and contract documents, preparation of reconstruction design documents, contract administration and site observation. Mr. Agnello is a Managing Partner providing leadership, with his 3 partners, to the entire firm.
Professional History:
Prior to joining Avelar in 1993, Joel was the President of Agnello Design Group.
Educational History:
Joel has his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from UC Berkeley and is a licensed Architect in California. In addition, he has received his Construction Document Technologist Certification (CDT) from Construction Specifications Institute (CSI).
