Mr. Holland provides construction technical advice and consultation to attorneys, claims staff associated with the loss, conducts research and testing, prepares reports (verbal and written), and aids the claims and legal staff with the forensic aspects of the case.

Professional History:
John is a highly skilled construction professional with more than 30 years of success in managing residential and commercial construction projects, remodeling, and site maintenance activities. He is considered a forensic expert in various aspects of construction investigation which include evidence collection, preservation, and analysis of the scene. He has accomplished contract negotiations, project estimation and materials purchasing and is dedicated to the highest levels of construction quality, maintaining full adherence to all deadlines, specifications, and construction management.

Throughout the years of experience, Mr. Holland has proven his abilities to create, develop and motivate highly efficient construction project teams. He is very knowledgeable of applicable codes and industry standards as well as testing protocols that may be required during an investigation. Furthermore, he delivers expert witness testimony in legal proceedings including depositions, trial, mediations, and arbitration and prepares materials and data as needed to support the needs of the client.

Educational History:
From 1992-1994, John attended San Jose State University where he received his certification in Construction Management and Business Administration/Management. Then in 2014 John got three certifications in On-Offshore Oil & Gas Operations, Osha 5810 Hazards Recognition & Standards, and Wildfire Behavior, Wildland Fire Behavior, Incident Command Structure, Human Factors of Wildland Fire Behavior. That following Year Mr. Holland worked with Petro Skills and received his Certification On & Off- Shore Drilling and Work-Over & Well Stimulation Operations (2015).
