Since 2004, Juan A. Villanueva has worked in building envelope design. His experience includes design and specification of below-grade, roofing, exterior cladding, and exterior decks, and has extensive construction administration experience in commercial and residential construction. Juan has also performed construction administration for overseas United States-owned buildings including U.S. Embassies in New Zealand, Bolivia, and the American Cultural Center in Alexandria Egypt.
Educational History:
Juan received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University, Fresno in 2004.
Certifications:
Mr. Villanueva has completed training for below-grade inspection of installed assemblies for CETCO, GCP Applied Technologies, CIM Industries, split slab assemblies, and traffic coatings.
