Forensic and Litigation Support
Professional History
Kristal has worked in the construction litigation industry since 2013, supporting the Forensic Litigation team across a broad range of responsibilities. Her work includes conducting forensic field investigations, failure analysis, and building code research; analyzing contracts and project documentation; and assessing code compliance of existing conditions. She plays a key role in preparing defect analysis reports, repair scopes, and construction take-offs, and provides cost estimating support and assists in the development of project scopes of work.
Kristal reviews litigation project reports and repair estimates to help identify and understand building deficiencies cited by litigation experts. Her work often contributes to the preparation of reports, scopes of work, and presentations for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
Educational History
Kristal earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a Minor in Architecture from the Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology (CEPT) University in India. She went on to receive her Master of Science in Construction Management from Stevens Institute of Technology in New Jersey in 2010.

Kristal holds a LEED AP BD+C credential, demonstrating her expertise in sustainable building design and construction practices.
