Matt Sturm performs building defect investigations focused on mold and moisture. His duties include inspections of single-family dwellings and multi-residential properties to locate and identify the contributing source of moisture-related damages. In addition to performing various mold sampling procedures, Mr. Sturm provides mold remediation plans for those sensitive and/or immune compromised. Matt also develops virtual documentation in all phases of the construction repair project, by taking immersive 3D scans of physical spaces.

Matt joined the construction industry in 2002 working in many trades including grading & excavating, underground, concrete & asphalt, new construction, remodeling, and 24/7 emergency services & restoration. Matt has extensive knowledge in structural drying, mold remediation, water intrusion identification, and repairing of building defects including repairs resulting from smoke/fire/water damage.
