Forensic + Litigation Support, Design + Reconstruction
Michael is responsible for providing construction litigation support services including field investigation, report writing, code compliance review of existing conditions and contract documents, coordination of plaintiff and defense field investigation, and scope of repair. He oversees study inspections and cost estimation, maintenance inspections and reports as well as high rise mechanical inspections.
Professional History:
Mr. McCamish was chief building Engineer for 15 years in San Francisco and had direct oversight, compliance and quality control of all engineering services provided to clients and related employed staffing. He has experience in construction defect investigations and reporting, existing construction condition assessment, and material research. Additionally, Mr. McCamish also has experience developing proposal requests for building mechanical systems, negotiating contracts for routine maintenance and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment, building exhaust systems, emergency generators, and SB800 litigation and investigation support.
