Accounting Assistant

Priscilla is responsible for Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable as well as project related payables and overhead payables (insurance, license, and professional dues renewal). Ms. Cofresi also assists in the monthly billing process, corresponding with clients regarding invoice inquiries and payment processing.

Accounting Assistant:
Priscilla works with both Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables. Her responsibilities include managing overhead and project related payables as well as assisting in our monthly billing process. She also corresponds with clients regarding invoice inquiries and payment processing.

Professional History:
Priscilla is an accomplished Accounting Assistant with more than 8 years of experience in the accounting field. She began her career as a File Clerk at a local law firm and was quickly promoted to the accounting department as an Accounts Payable Specialist where she managed records and payments for more than 100 attorneys in five locations. Today she is an appreciated asset to the AVELAR team where she has been working since 2018.

Educational History:
In 2009, Priscilla received a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of California, Davis.
