Mr. Vigil is involved in both defense and plaintiff field investigating with a specialty in writing proposals, DT reports/results, photo documentation, as well as product research.
Professional History:
Rudy has been in the construction industry for over 19 years, specifically in the construction defect industry for the last 12 years. He has an extensive history investigating water intrusion issues and causes, is skilled in various waterproofing products and applications, and provides hands-on experience in all phases of construction. Rudy is experienced in construction defect investigations for single- family homes and high rise buildings. Mr. Vigil received his California General Contractor License, B-1084157, in 2021.
