Victoria began her career at AVELAR in 2003, initially taking on administrative roles before advancing to become a Principal Construction Consultant after years of dedication and growth. Her career took a significant step forward in 2018 when she achieved her California General Contractor license, underscoring her pursuit of excellence and commitment to her field. Victoria is highly skilled in diagnosing and solving building envelope and waterproofing challenges across diverse project types—from condominiums and single-family homes to commercial properties and educational facilities. She has developed particular expertise in alpine and mountain resort construction, with extensive experience throughout the Lake Tahoe, Truckee, and Mammoth Lakes regions.

Victoria serves as an expert witness, providing deposition testimony, and delivering comprehensive analyses for both plaintiff and defense litigation support. Her work encompasses forensic investigations, code compliance reviews, cost estimating, reconstruction document services, and preparing detailed presentations for legal proceedings.
