We are pleased to welcome Tim Fitzpatrick, senior Consultant, to AVELAR. Tim is a Licensed General Contractor in California with diversified construction expertise and experience as a construction defect expert witness.
Tim will provide Forensic and expert witness services, including forensic inspections and testing, code analysis, cost estimating, scope of repair development, and allocations. He has testified in numerous depositions, trials, and arbitrations throughout his career. AVELAR is so excited to have him on the team.
