AVELAR was retained by the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) of a multi-story condominium building originally constructed in 1964 located in San Francisco, California.  AVELAR provided Architectural consulting services associated with the elastomeric recoating at unit balconies, painting of the exterior of the building and roof repairs.   Our services included the preparation of specifications, bid packages and contract administration.
