As a result of ongoing water intrusion problems, AVELAR provided architectural consulting services associated with required repairs to the concrete podium slab, exterior cladding (stucco, sliding glass door and windows), as well as private decks and balconies. Our services included the preparation of specifications, bid packages and contract administration.
