Frank has extensive knowledge and experience in condition assessments, details and specifications, peer reviews, construction administration, project management, quality control, and observations.

Professional History:
Frank has been involved with building envelopes for >25 years. This work has involved hundreds of roofs, below grade waterproofing, podiums, parking structures, and facades. He provides design for waterproofing and roofing for rehabilitation of existing buildings as well as new construction projects. Frank is also accomplished in providing design guidance such as specification writing, detailing, inspections, due diligence reporting, peer review, and in writing and responding to proposals and managing a busy project office.

Before working at AVELAR, Frank started off working at Glenrock Company (WI) as a Branch Manager\Sales Manager from 1992 to 1996. From 1999-2006 Mr. Wabiszewski, Jr. was an Independent Manufacturers Representative at Wabiszewski & Associates LLC (WI). Moving to California in late 2006, Frank had a position with Cetco as a Project Manager and Sales Consultant until 2009. Later working as a Distribution Field Salesperson (2010-2014) he worked on providing superb products when selling waterproofing products and concrete repair materials to contractors representing three companies. After working as a salesperson for a few years, Frank moved on to being a Project Manager (2014-2017) at Architectural Testing. Prior to joining the AVELAR team in 2020, Frank was a Senior Waterproofing Consultant for Axis Building Envelope Design.

Educational History:
In 1985, Frank attended University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire where he received a BBA in marketing and a minor in accounting 1985.
