AVELAR was retained by the Owner’s Association (OA) of an established, luxury Nob Hill high-rise co-op consisting of a garage and carport and 92 residential units on glamorous Nob Hill in San Francisco, California. AVELAR provided Architectural consulting services for a painting project on the entire elastomeric coated exterior surfaces. Our services included the preparation of specifications, bid packages and contract administration for the project.
